Moscow sends almost all its garbage to Volokolamsk. Patriarch Cyril aware of the situation in Volokolamsk felt at ease sending Hilarion Alfeyev to this region, assuming he would be inconspicuous and fit right in. Currently in 2021, toxic contagions exude again, leaking from the Volokolamsk garbage dump known as Metropolitan Hilarion Alyefev, whose words are emitting a noxious sulfurous stench like three years ago. |
